Plans and
prices.
Five plans, one price list, no promotional rate that doubles in month four. What you see here is what the invoice says.
01 — The list
Home and business tariffs.
Installation is KES 1,500 on home plans and quoted for business, because a shop with three floors is not the same job as a two-bedroom flat.

A refundable deposit is confirmed at the site survey and returned within 30 days of getting the equipment back in good order. Speeds are “up to” and shared; clause 1 of the subscriber agreement explains what moves them.
02 — Included
In every plan, without an asterisk.
The router is ours to maintain. The price is the price. And the phone is answered by someone who can see your account.

- 03No contract, 30 days’ notice
- 04No late fee, no penalty

03 — Extras
Add-ons, priced on the job.
We quote these after seeing the building. Nothing is added to your monthly invoice without your written yes.

|---|---|---|
| Static IP | Cameras, a server, remote access to the office | On request |
| Second router / mesh point | A long house, or a shop with a back store | On request |
| Extra cable run | More than 30 metres from the radio to the router | Per metre |
| Relocation | Moving within a covered estate | On request |
| Replacement equipment | Lost, stolen or damaged beyond fair wear | At cost |
04 — Billing
How the money works.
One date a month, one invoice, one receipt. If the date is inconvenient we move it — just ask before the next cycle.
Invoice in advance.
Your billing date is set at sign-up. The invoice covers the month ahead, so nothing arrives as a surprise halfway through.
Pay by M-Pesa.
Tap Pay in your account page and the prompt comes to your phone. You can also pay manually with your account number as the reference.
Late is not a fee.
We send a reminder and keep you connected. Only after two consecutive unpaid months may we suspend, and then KES 300 to reconnect.
Receipt every time.
By SMS, with the M-Pesa code and the date your plan now runs to. Your account page keeps the history.
05 — Fine print
The short version of the agreement.
The full document is one page, Form PL-01 Rev 1.1. Ask for it before you sign; nothing here replaces it.
- §1Speeds are “up to” and shared. Coverage and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.
- §3Month in advance, no late fee, no penalty. KES 300 reconnection only after two consecutive unpaid months.
- §6Unlimited for ordinary household use. No reselling, no servers for third parties, no mining.
- §8Faults acknowledged within 4 working hours. Free month after five continuous days down, once per outage.
- §9Equipment stays ours. Return it within 14 days of ending the agreement.
- §12Tariffs can change on 30 days’ notice. You may leave before the change takes effect.
Pick a plan, then check the street.
Coverage decides the plan, not the other way round. Send the estate name and we will tell you what your building can hold.
